Prepare for a tournament week 2 This week, here is the following series of articles summarizing my physical training program for a tournament tested this time in real conditions indeed, registered for a tournament in mid December I embarked on a specific preparation, I will strive to to tell you about my preparation experience week after week.

I just finished week 2:

In the program last week there was:

Monday: Bodybuilding: 20 repetitions per workshop, series of 5 workshops: pull up, arm rotation, pronation / supination, side elevation, right lift (about the muscular workshops I will strive to add you small videos to illustrate my point) .

Wednesday: Footing at a moderate pace 40 min

Thursday: Badminton training (single and double play) 2h

Friday: Footing looks faster 40 min

Sunday: swimming 40 min As you can see, this week is essentially dedicated to aerobic capacity building, the goal is to prepare the work that will be done over the next 2 weeks with the implementation of a work of fartlack in order to work on lactic anaerobics, which is the dominant energy sector for badminton. (The fartlack is an interval racing job with moderate speed intervals and fast speed intervals).

For the weeks to come I will try to give you a little more details of the training sessions and in particular of specific badminton bodybuilding, videos of the workshops of musculations specific to badminton should be added.See you next week for the rest of the program ...
